The Brand Campaign Coordinator is responsible for supporting the detailed execution of digital campaign communications. This role ensures the accuracy of asset lists, communications, and compositions across all campaigns and aids in strategy development through relevant data and insights. Reporting to the Account Director, this position champions our Mission to celebrate diverse beauty, inspiring all individuals to engage in the beauty community, with a focus on those often unappreciated and underserved.Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Support : Maintain accurate asset lists, communications, and compositions for digital campaigns, ensuring all materials align with campaign goals.Insight Gathering : Pull relevant insights and data to support strategy development for digital campaigns.Campaign Execution : Assist in the execution of brand/SKU campaigns from briefing to completion, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to timelines.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with the Campaign & Content team and other departments (media, merchandising, creative, loyalty, etc.) to create 360-degree marketing plans for the brand’s campaigns.Launch Activations : Lead and manage Brand/SKU activations, coordinating with Creative and Editorial teams to ensure cohesive campaign messaging across copy and visuals.Communication Management : Collaborate with Brand Marketing and North American brand teams to ensure timely updates and alignment on campaign needs.Best Practice Development : Leverage the brand’s marketing platforms to enhance the client journey and optimize marketing plans, contributing to brand best practices.Support Senior Management : Assist the Sr. Account Manager, Manager, and Director in developing communication plans for digital campaigns and run point on media campaigns and activations.Desired Qualifications:

Experience : 3-4 years in beauty marketing, with a strong focus on multi-channel marketing (store, digital, social media, advertising).Skills : Excellent communication, collaborative mindset, and ability to work effectively across departments.Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with agency, retail, or beauty sectors is preferred.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42.00-47.00 an hour.
