We are seeking an eager, goal-oriented Key Account Manager. This individual will be responsible for the regional ownership of designated strategic brands of the company’s products. The primary focus will be on ensuring the successful promotion and sales of Evolus products to prospective customers (mostly dermatologists and plastic surgeons). You will be providing product information, clinical data, pricing, promotional information, and appropriate company information regarding Evolus. This position will develop these new accounts and grow the existing accounts within their established geographic territory, while meeting and exceeding established sales quotas and milestones. This role requires a deep understanding of the aesthetic market, strong sales acumen, and the ability to foster long-term partnerships.

Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts within the aesthetic industry.

Analyze sales data and trends to identify portfolio growth opportunities within designated accounts.

Increase revenue by promoting cross-selling and up-selling of additional products or services.

Ensure alignment between customer needs and the Evolus portfolio of products.

Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with Aesthetic Experience Managers (AEMs) to ensure seamless collaboration and strategic alignment.

Establish, refine, and maintain sales processes for accounts that lead to incremental growth.

Work closely with marketing to identify specific opportunities for collaboration with named accounts.

Implement and execute corporate initiatives.

Serve as the product and co-branding expert.

Work in concert with Medical Affairs to implement training programs with named accounts to maximize effective use of Evolus products and increase market share.

Utilize resources to drive growth of targeted accounts as well as overall regional performance.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust strategies as needed.

Follow all company policies and procedures in a compliant manner while maintaining a high level of integrity.

Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

5+ years of selling experience in the aesthetics market. Preferred injectable portfolio experience.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

Deep understanding of the aesthetics industry, including knowledge of injectables, skincare, medical devices, or similar.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

This position reports directly to the Director, Key Accounts.

The expected base pay for this position is $135,000 annual salary + sales incentive compensation. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.
