The team collaborates to build a unified, scalable, and consistent approach to marketing the brand and its offerings.Role Summary: This Vice President will lead ETF Marketing within the Asset Management (AM) Marketing team, driving the global growth of Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s ETF franchise.Position Responsibilities
Marketing strategy and implementation:
Build awareness and affinity for AM’s ETF investment capabilities through strategic marketing plans.Product narrative:
Develop unique ETF product positioning and ensure AM’s value proposition is infused into all marketing assets.Launches and campaigns:
Implement marketing plans around new ETF product launches and major announcements.Collateral:
Oversee the creation of ETF product-specific marketing collateral.Product calendar:
Coordinate a product-specific calendar that harmonizes with AM’s content calendar.Media:
Partner with Media Relations on relevant opportunities showcasing ETF investments.Research:
Collaborate with market researchers to identify insights and monitor marketing performance.Measurement and reporting:
Ensure clear MROI and optimize impact as necessary.Risk management:
Adhere to regulatory and procedural guidelines for all marketing communications.Team effectiveness:
Drive operational efficiency and ensure team engagement.Partnership and collaboration:
Maintain strong relationships across various teams and stakeholders.Qualifications
15+ years in a similar role within a leading financial institution with measurable impacts.Prior experience liaising with product and marketing functions.In-depth knowledge of the asset management industry and ETFs.Ability to present investment views and develop compelling narratives.Well-developed strategic thinking with commercial awareness.Demonstrated integrated marketing skills across strategy and execution.Track record of effective communication and engagement across organizations.Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS); MBA and/or CFA preferred.Salary Range
The expected base salary for this position is $125,000-$250,000, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus.Benefits
