JOB PURPOSEIntegral support for Senior Relationship Management teamAdministrative support: telephone back-up, prepare correspondence and maintain filesPrepare materials for client meetingsArrange new account packets and open new accountsResearch client inquiries and bring about timely resolutionRun client statements, tax reports and ad hoc reportsProvide documentation for clients’ annual reviewsManage clients’ tax payments, annual IRA contributions/required minimum distributionsKEY ACCOUNTABILITIESWilling to accept advanced responsibilities such as preparing asset allocations and performance reportingDisplay initiative and exhibit the ability to work without directionDemonstrate a passionate commitment to serve clients and collaborate with colleagues to exceed clients’ expectationsAdminister newly acquired knowledge to systems, processes and situations with proficiencyKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSPreferred Formal Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year universityMinimum 2+ years’ experience in financeStrong client service orientationExcellent organizational and analytical skills with an attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPointPleasant telephone manner and strong business writing skillsAt CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $54,440 - $70,000 for the market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
