Assistant Vice President, Project Leader – Recoveries!We are looking for a guide in essential communications, change management, interpersonal design, employee engagement and employer branding to help fuel growth by leading large, complex business transformation. Someone with rich and tasteful experience in Sales & Commercials domain (Trade Promotions Management, CRM Solutions, Order to Cash, Digital Solutions etc.).Role:Incumbent will be part of sales & commercial practice team within Genpact, primary role & responsibilities will be understanding overall sales & commercial market, able to identify leakage areas for CPG and healthcare companies in end-to-end value chain, and who should be able to build relevant solutions, participate in pre-sales, build solutions & proposals independently and deliver by creating strong team. Primary focus will be trade promotions management, order management, disputes and claims management.CPG organization losing 8-10% revenue due to disputes and claims and write off huge amount of money. Your primary role will be to recover loses within claims & dispute process and improve margin for clients as well as Genpact. Salesforce, HiRadius, SAP functional expertise will be preferred.Responsibilities:Lead global team of 52 – 100 people in order to cash transformation & delivery.Have a passion to analyze data and identifying meaningful insights that can generate cash impact for clients.Creating digital solutions in claims & deductions management that can help improve coding validation and settlement processes.Understand end to end value chain (Trade Promotions to compliance) and support pre-sales activities along with delivery.Partner with technology companies and identify consulting partners in the market to grow overall business.Understand CPG suppliers and retailers nuances, behaviors, trade terms, leakage areas, portals and its leverage.Consultative skills & Executive presence in Client’s discussion.Collaborate with Sales and Operations senior leadership to build momentum on new deals and successful conversion.Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs for Deductions recovery and build the recovery process.Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a meaningful role.Develop business case studies showcasing the impact for value Share aimed at new and existing customers.Master’s Degree – MBA in Finance.Technical knowledge - Power BI, Tableau will be preferred.Presentation skills – expertise in PowerPoint presentations and story telling skills.ERP Platform – Thorough with Finance & accounting modules of SAP and Oracle.Strong analytical mindset, problem solving and organization skills.Person should be ready to travel on regular basis.
