We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Orchestration Presales Leader. As a Presales Leader, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by providing technical expertise, solution architecture, and strategic guidance to clients during the pre-sales process. You will lead a global team of ServiceNow and Microsoft Azure presales professionals, ensuring the delivery of compelling and tailored presentations, demos, and proof of concepts to meet client requirements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Microsoft Azure and ServiceNow platforms and its capabilities, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a global team of Microsoft Azure and ServiceNow presales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to drive individual and team success.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs, develop innovative solutions, and deliver engaging presentations, demos, and proof of concepts.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your technical expertise and knowledge of the Microsoft Azure and ServiceNow platforms to identify and address their business challenges.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Microsoft Azure and ServiceNow product stacks, staying up to date with the latest enhancements and industry trends.
Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams to promote the value and benefits of Digital Orchestration platforms.
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on product enhancements and contribute to the development of new features.
Stay abreast of competitors' offerings and industry best practices, providing insights and recommendations to help differentiate our solutions in the marketplace.
Support the sales team in contract negotiations, providing technical expertise and assisting in the creation of proposals and statements of work.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Continuously evaluate and improve the presales process, tools, and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Relevant years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting roles, with experience in a leadership capacity.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft Azure and ServiceNow platforms, including its various modules and capabilities.
Proven track record of successfully leading presales activities, including delivering compelling presentations and demos to clients.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of professionals.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions to client challenges.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
Microsoft Azure and ServiceNow certifications and accreditations are highly desirable.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
