Construction Administrator
to join their
Dallas team . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project submittals, responding to contractor inquiries, and maintaining quality control throughout the construction phase. This position requires travel to construction sites and remote work as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist project managers with communication updates and project oversight.
Review, approve, track, and coordinate submittals with technical consultants and engineers to meet contract obligations.
Respond to contractor RFIs and assist in the preparation of Construction Change Directives (CCDs), Addenda, and Bulletins.
Conduct on-site evaluations, write field reports, and enforce quality control measures to ensure compliance with contracts and building codes.
Perform punch list site visits, issue final reports, and coordinate project closeout documentation, including as-builts and warranties.
Technical Skills and Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in architecture or construction management, with exposure to healthcare projects.
Strong proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and project management software.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Knowledge of construction codes, AIA documentation, and safety regulations.
Professional degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Interior Design, with LEED GA certification within 6 months of hire.
