National Director of Sales
to lead the sales function for this Hispanic and Asian food manufacturer. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Sr. Senior Director will be responsible for driving sales growth across multiple channels in the U.S. This is a high-impact role requiring exceptional leadership skills, a deep knowledge of the foodservice, retail, private label, and distribution sectors, and a proven track record of driving profitable growth. Success in this role offers a potential path to promotion to Vice President of Sales.Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with company objectives, with a specific focus on
foodservice, retail, private label, and distribution segments.Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive market penetration and revenue growth.Build and lead a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.Foster relationships with key decision-makers in national food service and private label sectors to secure new partnerships.Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource management to ensure smooth operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with market needs.Qualifications
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the food industry, with a focus on frozen foods, ideally appetizers, and meals.Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field required; a master’s degree is a plus.Proven success in a sales leadership role, particularly in managing national accounts, navigating market trends, and building strategic partnerships.Strong ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams, working cross-functionally to achieve business goals.Expertise in crafting and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.Experience with sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.Proficiency in sales software applications and CRM systems.This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking company poised for significant growth.
