Our business is incredibly diverse. Our different brands have a range of distributor homes, from high-end boutique houses to the large national players. Our account base is equally varied. We equally pursue high-volume National Chain Grocery/Club stores and high-visibility On-premise independents.This position is an outstanding opportunity to build relationships with a huge range of talented people in this industry. This role will focus on driving our brands in three Southeast states: FL, GA, SC. There may be some occasional market work needed in the Caribbean as well. You will be responsible for managing pricing and programming for all channels, building distributor relationships with both management and sales teams, and maintaining a strong presence in the marketplace.Qualified candidates should feel comfortable presenting to buyers at Regional Chains, Key Independent retail, and high-visibility restaurants. The qualified candidate will preferably have 3+ years of experience in a similar role in the fine wine trade, as well as previous selling and distributor experience. Travel will be required, as much as 50%. A valid driver’s license and current passport are required. All candidates must be able to lift a case of wine (45 lbs.).Other requirements:South Florida resident strongly preferred.Fine wine knowledge, Port and Madeira basics.Inventory management and forecasting skills, experience in building containers is a plus.Strong computer skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Salesforce and VIP (iDIG) skills are a plus.Language skills - Spanish and Portuguese proficiencies are a plus.Ability to speak before large groups.Reliable, insured automobile.The position reports directly to the National Sales Manager. The compensation package includes a base salary, 401K contribution, profit sharing program, and auto/telecom allowance.
