seeks a BC/BE medical oncologist/hematologist to join a rapidly growing practice in a prime location within the state. The mission of Hartford Healthcare Cancer Institute, which oversees over 40 oncologists, is on the highest quality patient-centered multidisciplinary care, patient experience, and clinical research trial enrollment. Over the past 7 years, we have partnered with
Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center
and developed a collaborative relationship for oversight of standards of care, education, and clinical research.The extensive capabilities of the most integrated system in CT offer physicians

to practice with nationally respected colleagues in a progressive, physician-led environment.The successful candidates for this position will support the growth of the existing practices, engage in the development of personal subspecialty interest(s), and participate in system-wide Cancer Institute initiatives.The position is located along the Connecticut shoreline. An existing practice of 2 Oncologists/Hematologists and one APRN covering 2 practice sites see a wide diversity of patients and oversee a well-staffed and recently renovated on-site Infusion Center, which provides a wide spectrum of infusion services to patients.The practice location is a short distance from both New York City and Boston. Long Island Sound provides a beautiful setting and backdrop, as well as a plethora of options of the finest schools in the nation, four beautiful seasons of recreational activities, and options to live near the shore, in leafy suburbs, or in vibrant urban areas.
