Job Shift: Shift 3
Shift Details: This is a third shift, 24 hours per week position. The start time is from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, with every other weekend. This position requires holiday rotation.

Duties:
The Phlebotomist is responsible for collecting venous and capillary blood specimens from patients in a safe and accurate manner according to established lab policies and practices. Demonstrates H3W behaviors with a focus on exceptional patient experience and quality service and outcomes.
Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Knowledge of venipuncture techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude.
- Good keyboarding skills with ability to learn various laboratory applications and HHC computer systems.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to handle different patient populations, including difficult patients.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate required lab equipment including pneumatic tube.
