Position can be based anywhere in Northern CaliforniaObjectives:Drive market share, revenue growth and profitability within the assigned territoryDevelop and implement sales strategies to support overall company growth objectivesOptimize distribution network within territoryJob Responsibilities:Maintain and strengthen relationships with distributor(s) and water utility companiesProvide support to distributor sales personnel including business plan development and execution, product training, technical support, joint sales calls, and warranty supportEstablish direct utility sales in market areas not currently covered by distributionManage future sales pipeline and provide accurate data for sales forecastingRepresent Master Meter at local and regional trade showsMaintain records of sales activity within CRM tool (Salesforce.com)Requirements:Position is home-based in TerritoryBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience3+ Years Sales ExperienceValid Driver’s License and clean driving recordAbility to Travel 50% of the timePreferred:Familiarity with Meters and/or AMI & AMR SystemsPrior experience working with municipal utilitiesPrior Experience with Salesforce.comCompensation/BenefitsSalary $90,000 Annual + CommissionsCompany VehicleCompany-paid premiums for Medical Insurance, Life/AD&D Insurance and Short and Long-Term Disability InsurancesFlexible Spending Account (Medical and Dependent care) and Health Savings Account availableVoluntary group dental and supplemental life/AD&D insurances available401(k) Retirement Plan (with up to 7.5% company match)Ten Paid HolidaysTwo Weeks Vacation 1st yearEOE/Females/Minorities/Protected Veterans/DisabledPowered by JazzHR
