Territory Sales Manager

you will identify, develop, and close a wide range of capital improvement projects and long-term asset management programs that directly improve the aging water treatment and delivery infrastructure in our communities. You’ll work closely with experts in the field, share ideas, and participate in the advancement of groundbreaking solutions.Qualifications

include:BS/BA in Construction Management, Environmental Services, or Business degree preferred.5+ years’ successful Sales, Consulting, or Operations experience with Municipal Water Utilities, Water Meters, Pipe Rehabilitation & Repair, Civil Engineering, or Construction industries.Prior Project Management experience is a plus.Demonstrated ability to collect data, assess mechanical process equipment, make recommendations for improvements, prepare commercial proposals, and close new business.Exposure or expertise with design-build water distribution, wastewater, or sewer infrastructure projects, civil engineering and construction, capital improvements, and/or long-term maintenance service contracts is a plus.Exposure or expertise with steel or concrete water storage tank construction, renovations, or maintenance is a plus.Exposure or expertise with new Smart Water Meters for potable drinking water, Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and/or Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) technologies is a plus.Exposure or expertise with water or sewer pipe rehabilitation projects, trenchless piping repair, and/or spraying in place coating technologies is a plus.Well-rounded mechanical aptitude and familiarity with pumps, motors, valves, flanges, seals, piping, tanks, sensors, instrumentation, and control systems.Consultative problem-solving selling approach with strong relationship management skills.Strong competitive drive with consistent track record of high achievement.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Willingness to travel up to 50%.Valid driver’s license with good driving record.Our client is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.ApplyUnless noted above, applicants MUST be authorized to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
