Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated CW Financial Analyst with a strong understanding in cost analysis. The ideal candidate will perform detailed evaluations of contractor quotations for change orders, including unit prices and take offs. Responsibilities include updating budget tracking tools based on change orders, identifying and reporting budget concerns, performing monthly journal corrections and accruals by project budgets, and creating monthly cost reports.
