We are searching for a Technical Support Specialist to join our growing IT Team!

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-level support for PCs, RF Scanners, Printer Maintenance, and mobile devices, ensuring seamless operations for our 500+ end users. Your role will primarily aid in supporting EU business operations but will also encompass other responsibilities.
How will you impact our organization as a Technical Support Specialist on a daily basis?
Deliver first-level support for hardware, software, and phone-related issues via the Help Desk.Manage and update the ticketing system in real-time to ensure efficient service request tracking.Provide desktop, printer, server and phone support, including hardware repairs and upgrades.Coordinate with 3rd party service providers for resolving advanced technical issues.Track and manage IT assets and support Microsoft 365 environments.Administer user provisioning and manage IT equipment and software.Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical or help desk support.Proficiency in supporting PC operating systems, especially Windows 10/11.Strong communication skills for effective interaction with non-technical users.Experience with Microsoft 365 is required.Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, IS, or a related field.Familiarity with SAP applications is a plus.Fluent in French and/or Italian, both verbal and written; proficiency at conversational or intermediate levels is also considered.Experience providing technical support to teams globally with the ability to multitask effectively in a collaborative, multi-regional environment.Location:
Schaumburg, IL or RemoteAny North American-based candidates will be required to start shifts in the early morning to support EU working hours, with shifts potentially beginning as early as 1 AM CST.Why should you join Composites One?
