If you seek excellence in your administrative support, possess meticulous attention to detail and the ability to jump between tasks seamlessly, send in your resume today for consideration!About the Job:Organize the CEOs schedule with acute attention to detail; manage calendar updates and adjustments to ensure all parties involved are properly informed with clear and effective communication.Prepare and distribute meeting briefs and materials, take active meeting notes and provide follow-up on action items, including but not limited to, board meeting tasks.Compose, edit and finalize meeting documents, memos, communication, presentations and executive-delivered external materials. Maintain the associations voice, message and interests with extreme proofreading and written work product.Book, adjust and monitor travel needs alongside ground transportation, hotel accommodations and itineraries.As an extension of the C-suite, be an informed ambassador to internal objectives, communicating with poise and discretion.Ensure in-person events, meetings and appointments are seamless from creation to execution, including communication, materials, catering needs, IT and room booking.Track and monitor budgetary guidelines, expense reports, and financial tracking needs across spreadsheets and Excel.Create professional meeting materials. Update and maintain document templates, ensuring that materials and presentations to internal stakeholders, board members and other groups are prepared and distributed in a timely manner.Extend administrative, travel booking, communication flow, and information distribution to the board.Uphold an organized process and plan for the growing board; aid during the selection, onboarding and various stages of a board members lifecycle.Provide ad hoc event planning, team bonding and celebratory event organization.About the Culture:Opportunity to travel and assist with on-site board meeting and large event organization.This role offers a hybrid work model, with two days in office and three remote days a week after training.About You:Driven for your leadership. You have five years of Executive Assistant experience and put your CEOs needs first while providing quality support to others. Bachelors Degree is preferred.Accessible.
