Role Overview

NETGEAR is looking for a strong Enterprise Applications Development Lead for our Oracle Release 12 environment.The qualified candidate must have strong Oracle Applications Development experience with focus on development of extensions and reports.The qualified candidate must have strong PL/SQL, Reports Developer skills as well as excellent knowledge of the Oracle Applications technical foundation and table structures.Experience with architecting solutions and development is also a key qualification.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform application support development and enhancements for Oracle Financials, Value Chain , HR Modules and related integrations and customizations.Interface with Business Analysts on a regular basis to review functional specifications and collaborate on technical designs with our offshore Development Team.Design solutions and deliver technical documentation for new Application extensions and reports that address evolving business needs without compromising the organization's ability to implement product upgrades.Develop and perform unit testing of new Application extensions and reports.Provide monitoring and support of existing extensions, reports and interfaces.Support includes resolution of program bugs and development of program enhancements to support new requirements.Ensure all members of the development team adheres to NETGEAR IT coding and release management standards.Perform code reviews.Identify development processes within the development environment that can be improved upon to in terms of efficiency, productivity, scalability, control and securityProvide root cause analysis and resolution in problem-solving.Work with Oracle Support to facilitate resolution of Oracle Service Requests.Manage offshore development teams. Facilitate daily offshore development teams' conference calls.Required Qualifications:

7+ years in development with recent, hands-on experience in Oracle e-Business Suite, particularly in Oracle Financials (GL, Receivables, Payables), Value Chain (Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory), and HR modules, with a deep understanding of their technical foundations.Skilled in analyzing, designing, and developing program extensions, interfaces, and custom reports.Strong expertise in SQL*PLUS, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Reports, and XML Publisher.In-depth knowledge of data structures and table schemas for Oracle Financials and Distribution Modules.Proficient with Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) and has working knowledge of Java.Experience in Oracle's Sub Ledger Accounting modules, including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, and General Ledger.Expertise in Oracle AIM or similar ERP implementation methodologies, including preparation of supporting documentation (e.g., MD.050, MD.070).Experience managing SOX audits and compliance requirements.Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and resolve critical issues independently.Strong verbal and written communication skills; thrives in dynamic and evolving environments.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Travel Requirements (

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):

Prior experience with migration projects to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.Proficiency in using tools such as Informatica, Oracle SOA Suite, and WebMethods for data integration.Hands-on experience with Amazon AWS and familiarity with cloud environments.Experience working with a mix of on-premises and SaaS/cloud-based applications.Exposure to AI technologies, tools, or projects.Salesforce Sales Cloud Knowledge:

Understanding of Sales Cloud functionalities, including lead and opportunity management, account and contact management, and workflows.Salesforce Development Expertise:

Skilled in Salesforce technologies, such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integration.Sales and Business Acumen:

Knowledge of sales and CRM business processes with the ability to align technical solutions to meet business objectives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000 - 190,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.The range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, professional background, business need and market demand.Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range.
