We are looking for a Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing & E-Commerce team. As the first point of contact for all marketing requests, you will collaborate with multiple local and global departments to get the right information to the right people-both internally and externally. The Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator will be critical in expanding our brand presence in North America and creating value for our distributor partners. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The first point of contact for marketing requests: Intake, clarify, and distribute tasks across marketing team Product lifecycle project coordination: Organize all marketing elements needed for successful product launches and discontinuations Marketing campaign and promotion coordination: Responsible for distributing all campaign and promotion assets to internal and external partners in accordance with the marketing calendar Retail account coordination: Understand and fulfill the specific requirements of each retail channel Organize, maintain, and distribute branded promotional inventory Coordinate and report on open houses and tradeshows, ensuring positive brand representation Understand and coordinate all buying group marketing opportunities Develop and create content as needed for marketing projects and campaigns Assist with lead capture, organization, and sales follow-up Assist with marketing campaign analytics and reporting Further establish visual and brand consistency across all communication platforms and channels, including adhering to and enforcing established brand guidelines and integrity Collaborate cross-functionally with a diverse group of teams, including global headquarters, executive leadership, sales, operations, and customer service Track project status to ensure all tasks are accounted for and on schedule to meet desired outcome/deadlines using project management system Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field or relevant experience 1 year of experience in marketing coordination Tenacious level of organization and attention to detail while still understanding the big picture Quickness to learn new systems, adapt processes, and troubleshoot Humility and willingness to operate as part of a global team Unafraid of reaching out to departments locally and globally to complete responsibilities Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office programs Exceptional grammar, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills Comfortable working on multiple projects and adapting to changing timeframes in a highly collaborative, input-driven, and globally distributed environment Willingness to take direction and implement improvements from peers, superiors, and stakeholders An attitude that aligns with PFERD North America's values of collaboration, accountability, integrity, and determination Willingness to travel up to 10% of time Preferred Qualification s : Experience using project management systems like ClickUp Familiarity with CMS, commerce, and PIM systems B2B Manufacturing marketing team experience Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
