Job Overview
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, E-Commerce, the Sr. Associate/Manager will support TerraCycle's direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce marketing strategy to drive customer growth and revenue for the Zero Waste Box (ZWB) business segment. This role also supports other ongoing and emerging TerraCycle commercial initiatives.
This person will assist with developing, executing, project managing, and evaluating marketing initiatives- and own marketing projects conception to execution. They will work closely with cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts globally. The ideal candidate has a jack-of-all-trades marketing background and strong project management ability.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with developing and implementing comprehensive strategic marketing plans to drive sales, increase customer acquisition, and grow TerraCycle's DTC revenue.Monitor campaign KPIs to ensure performance is aligned with growth goals, providing clear reporting and insights to leadership.Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce compelling, on-brand digital assets that resonate with TerraCycle's mission and values.Adopt a data-centric approach to marketing by regularly analyzing e-commerce and campaign performance, making recommendations for continuous improvement.Set up and monitor A/B tests and other analyses to assess campaign performance and inform go-forward strategies.Generate new ideas and innovation, creatively solve problemsParticipate in the development of innovative advertising, public relations, social media, and events, as requestedCollaborate to expand and develop our audience across digital channelsOther duties as assignedRequirements
