This role supports TerraCycle’s direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce business segment and works alongside marketing teammates and other internal and external partners. The ideal candidate is collaborative, data-driven, and focused on delivering results with strong analytic skills to create and maintain tracking of a diverse set of marketing initiatives, as well as the interpersonal skills and attention to detail to keep projects moving forward.Primary ResponsibilitiesSet up and manage performance marketing/paid media campaigns across varied digital channels/platforms and audience segments.Develop and maintain campaign tracking reports and monitor performance daily; make recommendations for improved campaign performance and escalate issues to manager as appropriate.Serve as the contact for performance marketing agency partners and traffic new creative assets between internal teams and agency staff.Execute customer marketing analytics projects as needed; develop insights and recommend actions based on results.Other duties as assigned.Desired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experienceExcel/Google Sheets experience required; digital and/or social media marketing skills a strong plusStrong attention to detailExceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to execute multiple projects from inception through completionCompensationMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D insurance available after 30 days401(k) plan with company match available after 30 daysEmployee Assistance Program22 PTO + 2 VTO + 9 paid holidays per yearHybrid work scheduleYear-round Flex FridaysCatered vegetarian lunch available in the office M-FTerraCycle requires all employees to provide proof that they have been fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus, or have a valid religious or medical reason for being exempt.TerraCycle is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to
