The ideal candidate will not only be responsible for administrative support, but also have a willingness to learn, be resourceful and independent, and take on additional projects and responsibilities. They should possess excellent organizational and verbal and written communication skills, the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and a strong work ethic.
Provides administrative support in a complex team environmentCoordinates internal/external meetings and conference callsHandles a high volume of phone calls and interacts with high level business leaders and clients in a professional and effective mannerResponds and follows up on client requestsMaintains complex and extremely detailed calendars and prioritizes meeting requests and related logisticsAbility to coordinate with other Admins on the floorEffectively manage projects and work with various other departments across the firm as neededCoordinates a high volume of travel arrangements and processes expense reportsMaintains understanding of firm policies and handle certain issues independentlyResponsible for participation in general administrative duties (copying, filing, faxing, archiving), ad-hoc projects, committees and or group eventsLiaise with outside organizations where manager holds board seatDaily interaction with offices of C-suite clientsQualifications
