Primary Skills: Technical Support (Expert), Material Handling (Expert), Inventory Management (Intermediate), Documentation (Intermediate), Ticketing (Intermediate) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 6 Months Location: Woodland Hills, CA - 91367 (Onsite) Pay Range: $16 - $18 per hour Job Summary: The role is for Logistics Operator to efficiently handle and manage computer equipment within our IT Fulfillment Center. This involves the accurate recording, monitoring, and distribution of all incoming and outgoing inventory and IT equipment, ensuring timely packing and preparation of IT equipment for multiple destinations, and effective communication with vendors and couriers for smooth operations. The successful candidate will manage warranties, utilize ticketing systems for service requests, and maintain inventory levels to meet demand. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently pack, prepare, and prioritize IT equipment for on-time shipment, addressing any issues with vendors or management. Conduct receiving, material handling, warehousing, and distribution activities, maintaining accurate documentation against shipments or receipts. Manage RMAs, end-of-lease processing, and warranty replacements for various IT equipment, utilizing vendor sites for tracking. Fulfill ticket requests through the Service Now system, including coordination with customers for shipping details. Maintain and audit computer and peripheral inventory within the warehouse, ensuring stock levels meet demand and conducting monthly site scans. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Material Handling Equipment (pallet jack, shrink wrapping machine, scanner) Strong communication and written skills Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel Industry Experience: Prior experience in logistics or material handling roles preferred, especially in IT equipment or similar technical environments.
