Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, including safety protocols, environmental standards, and security measures. Serve as a subject matter expert on all construction-related activities including related processes. Manage multiple projects and handle reporting to the Senior Project Manager and stakeholders. Review and recommend updates/expansion of existing CM procedures/processes. Oversee the field activities and schedule coordination along with liaising with end users and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ). Assist the Senior Project Manager in developing executive reporting and schedule updates.Qualifications Minimum of 8-10 years of construction management experience. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale construction projects. Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
