Responsibilities:

Conduct ongoing quality control reviews of project documentsSelect, evaluate, and detail building systemsPartner with the Project Manager to adhere to both client project budgets and internal financial guidelinesCollaborate with the Project Manager to establish project plans, milestone schedules, and staffing needsWork closely with the Project Manager and Construction Team to understand cost estimates, construction sequencing, and project constructabilitySupport internal continuing education sessions and lead lessons learned initiativesResearch building systems as neededCollaborate with the Project Designer to bring the design vision and intent to lifeLead the project team in documentation, modeling, quality control, and coordination with consultantsDemonstrate proficiency in developing building facade details and/or coordinating interior building systemsApply zoning, building, life safety, accessibility, and energy codes as applicableAssist in the development of project manualsResolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycleLead or delegate tasks related to construction administrationThrive in a collaborative team environmentMentor and train junior staff membersRequirements:

8+ years of experience in healthcare architectureBachelor’s or Master’s degree from an NAAB-accredited programProfessional licensure
