Conduct ongoing quality control reviews of project documents Select, evaluate, and detail building systems Partner with the Project Manager to adhere to both client project budgets and internal financial guidelines Collaborate with the Project Manager to establish project plans, milestone schedules, and staffing needs Work closely with the Project Manager and Construction Team to understand cost estimates, construction sequencing, and project constructability Support internal continuing education sessions and lead lessons learned initiatives Research building systems as needed Collaborate with the Project Designer to bring the design vision and intent to life Lead the project team in documentation, modeling, quality control, and coordination with consultants Demonstrate proficiency in developing building facade details and/or coordinating interior building systems Apply zoning, building, life safety, accessibility, and energy codes as applicable Assist in the development of project manuals Resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle Lead or delegate tasks related to construction administration Thrive in a collaborative team environment Mentor and train junior staff membersRequirements:
