Job Summary:

  • Department Management: Manage the food service program in a single site, ensuring food quality, inventory levels, food safety, and customer service expectations are met.
  • Reporting: Maintain records of income and expenditures, food, supplies, personnel, and equipment for delivery to HCSG and Facility management.
  • Training: Responsible for all training, quality control, and in-servicing staff to meet HCSG standards. Must also be able to perform essential job functions of dietary aide, cook, and dishwasher positions to train and assist when needed.
  • Qualifications: Demonstrate a positive attitude, possess an associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality, have specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition, and have at least two years of related experience.
