DescriptionThe Ring, Blink, Key, Sidewalk (RBKS) and Project Kuiper PXT organization is seeking an exceptionally bright, multitasker, who is a self-motivated individual to support a Director(s) within Human Resources.RBKS is at the forefront of consumer electronics home security. We're creating products that make homes more secure and life more convenient! Our teams are on a mission to create affordable, innovative, and easy-to-use smart home security devices.Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. The successful candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the organization.Key job responsibilitiesThe Ring, Blink, Key, Sidewalk (RBKS) and Project Kuiper HR team is seeking an exceptionally talented, customer obsessed, resourceful and self-motivated Executive Assistant. This role will be supporting an HR Director leading both RBKS and Project Kuiper; two of our fast-growing emerging businesses at Amazon.This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars in various time zones, planning and organizing events of all sizes, creating agendas and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group. This individual will help maintain mechanisms and assist with team engagement.A day in the life* Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing calendars, events, and activities*Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements* Act as a liaison for direct reports; building rapport and support across team members*Travel coordination and expense reimbursement*Management of special projects and events (ex: team offsites) as needed*Space to innovate and set new practices into motion for a growing PXT teamAbout the teamDiverse ExperiencesAmazon values diverse experiences. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
