This exciting role requires excellent attention to detail, great organization and prioritization skills, the ability to plan ahead and to meet tight deadlines, all while juggling multiple critical requests.APX is essential to the manager experience at Amazon. By equipping managers with the tools, resources, and support they need, the HRP team helps drive organizational success and fosters a culture of excellence.This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. The successful candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the organization.Key job responsibilities
This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars in various time zones, planning and organizing events of all sizes, creating agendas and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group. Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing calendars, events, and activitiesManagement of complex calendar and scheduling requirementsAct as a liaison for direct reports; building rapport and support across team membersTravel coordination and expense reimbursementManagement of special projects and events (ex: team offsites) as neededSpace to innovate and set new practices into motion for a global PXT teamBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of executive assistant experienceExperience with executive level calendar managementExperience with domestic or international travel coordinationExperience with Microsoft Office products and applicationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
