Executive Assistant
to support our executive team. This role will be essential in the coordination and execution of critical administrative functions and workflow that are essential to the company's successful operation. The scope of this role will include managing mostly business-related tasks for the team, such as creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, taking minutes, and other organizational tasks.*Please Note*
- This hybrid position requires part-time on-site presence at our Beverly, MA headquarters office.Primary ResponsibilitiesCommunicate on behalf of the CEO and executive team as requested.Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications.Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, including human resources record keeping.Perform liaison accounting dutiesServe as a key member of NEHC's new employee onboarding team with various duties.Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering.Welcome visitors and identify the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate location.Manage and coordinate the CEO and staff calendars, including making appointments and prioritizing sensitive matters.Role QualificationsPrevious experience as an executive or administration assistant or office administratorHigh school diploma requiredExtremely adept, proactive problem-solving skillsAbility to organize a daily workload by prioritiesAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic project environmentStrong decision-making skillsProfessional verbal and written communication skillsDetailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, Zoom, as well as the Google Workplace platform (e.g. Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Calendar)What New England Hydropower Can Offer YouAt New England Hydropower, great people make a great company.
