This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. As Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will assist and lead in the ongoing development of our Salesforce deployment. You will also be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.What will I be doing?

Being part of the Salesforce CRM team and serving as Salesforce system administrator for the LearnUpon Salesforce environment across all teams - Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Finance, Partnerships, Implementation, Customer Success, Product and the Data Insights teamLead in coordinating the evaluation, scope and completion of new requests through internal casesPromote and support administrative, development, reporting, integrations, data quality and change management activities for SalesforceCreate, support and test solutions to drive processes in Salesforce. This includes: Validation Rules, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Custom Objects, Flows etc.Assist in training new Salesforce users and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organizationAssist in the recruitment process of new team membersAct as a mentor to new team members of the Salesforce CRM teamMaintain Salesforce documentationEffectively act as the liaison between Salesforce users, vendors and the internal development teamsWhat skills do I need?4+ years actively working in a Salesforce.com administrator roleBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar; or High School education with 2+ years actively working in a Salesforce.com administrator roleStrong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexityAbility to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processesAbility to juggle requests of varying urgency with tasks related to long term projects and the flexibility to adapt to changing prioritiesExcellent project management skills and unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with ambiguity are a mustCreative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsExperience mentoring less experienced Salesforce administratorsExperience training new users on Salesforce.comMust demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organizationDon't worry if you don't tick every box in order to apply, we're always happy to review applications and take all experience into consideration.
