2 years experience required (experience with Critical patients requiring ventilator support typically transferred to larger facility)Traveler Experience: Unit accepts first time travelersSkills: Management of dysrhythmias, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, TelemetryFloat Requirement: Traveler will float to a medsurg assignment if no SCU level patient on unit.Weekend Requirement: Off every third weekendPatient Diagnoses: COVID, Respiratory Distress, Post Cardiac Arrest, DKA, Cardiac Dysrhythmia requiring IV dripsSpecial Procedures / Unit Details: ED physician, nursing supervisor, and Respiratory therapy in house 24/7.Critical patients requiring ventilator support typically transferred to larger facility.Special Equipment: Telemetry monitoring. Capnography capabilities.Unit Systems: Omnicell, CERNER, SBARUnit Orientation: 24hrs - Two twelve hour shifts for orientation.Scrubs: Navy BlueJob Requirements
