36 hours onlyTargeted patient ratios are 1:-6Must have the following requirements:Unit may participate in team nursing model where RNs, LPNs, and PCTs partner together to care for a group of patients. The goal of this model is to divide the work and not the patients, ultimately improving both the workload and patient care. Nurses may function in either team nursing or primary nursing depending on the needs of the unit.Floating and Other Requirements:Unit Details:27 Bed - Bariatric UnitGeneral medical patients, surgical overflow, and weight loss surgical patients.Job Requirements

Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignmentBLSNurses will be fitted for N95 before working on the HRRU unit unless PAPR is offered/needed.1.5 years and level 1 or 2 preferredTravel experience preferredEPIC EXP REQUIREDSchedule Information

Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion.Agency will float in/out of specialty clusters.It will be assigned a medically appropriate assignment or support the nursing care team of the unit floated to.If assigned to MVH, this could include floating the main campus (Dayton), south campus (Centerville) less than 10 miles from Main Campus, and North Campus (Englewood) less than 15 miles from Main Campus.Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday.Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract.Premier Health reserves the right to cancel the agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine.Travelers are not eligible for Premier health employee incentives.Unit Specific Information

Unit may participate in team nursing model where RNs, LPNs, and PCTs partner together to care for a group of patients.Units working with Infants (NICU), Children (Peds), the Elderly (Home Care and Hospice), Pharmacy Techs, and anyone working in pain management clinics require fingerprinting.Additional Details

Request RTO with initial submittal; NO RTO will be added after the offer.RTO approval will be at the Manager's discretion.Submittal email must include application and current Nursys report, and other certs are not needed if listed on the application.
