THIS IS AN ADOLESCENT UNIT! MUST BE COMFORTABLE AND EXPERIENCED!Works with the multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs and interventions.Utilizes the nursing process to meet the needs of patients requiring complex nursing care.Provides clinical supervision of MHW's to ensure safe and therapeutic delivery of care.The Co-Occurring Disorders Inpatient Treatment Program offers 24-hour care in a safe and nurturing environment that's designed to promote healing and ongoing recovery.Our treatment approach focuses on helping patients develop and maintain their sobriety while also managing co-occurring psychiatric issues (such as Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, etc.).The Co-Occurring Disorders treatment team specializes in providing high-quality intervention, medically assisted drug and alcohol withdrawal, stabilization, and the education needed to ensure a strong and successful recovery.Job Requirements
5 years of experience as an RN required (recent experience must be within the last 3 months)Psych/Behavioral Health experience and age groups must be listed on the resumeMust have adolescent/child psych experience listed in resumeMust be willing to float to other units and take charge shiftsWill consider first time travelersResume with psych experience and age groups listed Ex. Psych RN - Facility - (AGE GROUP/POPULATION) - DATESRTO cannot exceed 7 daysPsych skills checklist (within the last year)2 supervisory references from last 2 years of employmentSchedule Information

Southern Vermont InformationRTO will not be approved for 11/24-11/30 and 12/22-1/5 - Travelers must be willing to work 2 of the 3 holidays, based on the facilities needs.Facility housing offered depending on vacancy.
