Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, work independently, be professional, self-motivated and a team player with strong MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills.Experience providing effective strategies and guiding real estate developers, institutional investors, companies and financial institutions through complex commercial real estate transactions locally, statewide and nationwide in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Experience working on all types of commercial real estate, from office buildings to industrial sites, shopping centers to mixed-use developments and residential subdivisions to hotels.
