Handle trust and estate litigation matters, including the resolution of disputes between beneficiaries and trustees. Oversee probate proceedings, including the administration of decedents' estates and the resolution of any related disputes. Manage conservatorship matters, including the establishment and administration of conservatorships and the resolution of any related disputes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with timely and practical advice tailored to their specific needs and objectives. Stay abreast of the latest developments in estate planning law and use this knowledge to provide innovative solutions to our clients' challenges. Collaborate with other members of our legal team to ensure the provision of the highest quality service to our clients.Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. -5+ years of experience in estate planning, with a focus on trust and estate litigation, probate, trust, and conservatorships. Admission to the state bar. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical, solution-oriented advice. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficient in the use of legal research tools and software.
