Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU Job Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift, 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required License: Must have a valid nursing license, pending submissions allowed Certifications: Not specified Must-Have: EPIC charting experience required Job Description: - Will float between units within the hospital and may float to affiliate hospitals nearby.- No on-call required.- Weekends are required, every other weekend, sometimes more.- No block scheduling.- Expected nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:1 or 1:2.- 48 hours per week is approved if needed.- Short Term Acute Care facility with 418 total staffed beds.- Scrub color is flexible; any color is permitted.- COVID-19 vaccine required, medical and religious exemptions allowed.- Flu vaccine status is unknown.- Requires submission of one reference covering one year of employment within the last three years.- Background policy requires approval for any issues.- There should be a gap of 3 months between permanent and travel assignments for returning staff.- Orientation consists of 40 non-billable hours.- Self-reported completion of non-billable modules is required before starting and annually.This opportunity offers an engaging role for an ICU Registered Nurse seeking to expand their expertise in a dynamic healthcare environment.
