Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: ICU Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required License: Must have an active and valid nursing license Certifications: EPIC charting experience required Must-Have: Submit all required documentation and complete orientation Job Description: - The position may require floating between units within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals.- Candidates must be willing to work weekends on an every-other-weekend basis.- Expected nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:2.- Orientation includes 40 non-billable hours.- Non-billable modules, averaging 16 hours, are completed pre-start and annually. Any time over 20 hours requires approval.- Completion of modules is self-reported and recorded in Workramp transcripts.- Communication devices, if required, will be supplied by the client at no cost.- Providers are responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bills directly to the agency.- Flu vaccine status is unknown; the COVID-19 vaccine is required, with exemptions allowed for medical or religious reasons.- Reference check covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years is mandatory.- Candidates should be prepared to float between sister facilities and express a willingness to adhere to the client's policies.Please note: Details surrounding specific hospital practices, such as color-coded scrubs, should be clarified during the orientation process.
