Job Description:- Experience in Orthopedics, Orthopedic Trauma, Vascular, Urology, and General Surgery.- Preferred experience in Neurosurgery (cranium and spine), Open Heart/Thoracic, Ophthalmology, ENT, Bariatric, and Gynecology.- On-call required: One 12-hour shift per month on a Saturday or Sunday, 7 AM - 7 PM or 7 PM - 7 AM. No weekday call.- RTO: Maximum of 5 days, with no more than 2 consecutive. No RTO allowed the day before or after a holiday, and none on weekends.- Orientation provided for 24 hours.- Floating: Must be willing to float outside the primary facility, with a maximum of 50 miles. Notification for floating can be received 2 hours before the shift. Refusal to float may result in cancellation. Transitioning between various units, including those outside the primary area of competency, is possible under a team-based model.
