Lead, coach, and develop a team of production staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Monitor production schedules and workflow, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and targets. Implement and enforce safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment, processes, and product quality. Collaborate with other department heads and stakeholders to align production goals with overall company objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency gains. Provide technical expertise and guidance on plastic injection molding processes and equipment. Prepare and present performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the plastics manufacturing industry, with specific expertise in injection molding. Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams. Strong technical knowledge of plastic injection molding processes and equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to a variety of audiences. Proficiency in using production management software and tools. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards. Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines. Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
