Paid Holidays!Job DetailsJob Details:We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Technical Operations Manager (Plastic Injection) to join our growing team in the Engineering industry. This position is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in plastic injection, moldmaking, toolmaking, and process engineering. Leveraging your deep understanding of ISO 9001/AS9100 and ISO13485 standards, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, improving product quality, and maintaining compliance in our medical device manufacturing process. This role offers an exciting platform for a seasoned professional with an RJG certification and a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field.Responsibilities: Oversee all technical operations related to plastic injection molding, including process optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness in line with ISO 9001/AS9100 and ISO13485 standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production flow and timely delivery of high-quality medical devices. Provide technical guidance and training to the team on plastic injection molding techniques, toolmaking, and moldmaking. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and implement corrective actions when necessary. Continually assess production processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and innovation. Lead and manage projects to support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic objectives. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and productivity within the team.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. RJG Master Molder certification or equivalent is a must. Minimum of 5 years' experience in plastic injection molding, moldmaking, and toolmaking. Proven experience in managing technical operations in the Engineering industry, preferably in medical device manufacturing. Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 and ISO13485 standards. Strong expertise in process engineering and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in using computer software and applications related to the job.
