We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and experienced professional to lead our assembly team. This role is integral to our operations, ensuring the efficient and high-quality assembly of our products. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a strong understanding of electrical panel components, panel assembly shop operations, and electronic components assembly. Responsibilities:1. Overseeing and participating in the assembly of electrical panel components, ensuring adherence to company standards and client specifications.2. Reading and interpreting complex blueprints, work orders, and other documentation to assemble components accurately.3. Conducting regular inspections of assembled products to ensure quality and consistency.4. Installing components and electronic components as per the design specifications.5. Leading and mentoring a team of assemblers, providing them with guidance and support to enhance productivity and efficiency.6. Troubleshooting assembly issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.7. Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.8. Upholding safety standards and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry, specifically with panel assembly shop operations.2. Proven experience in assembling electrical panel components and electronic components.3. Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints and work orders.4. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.7. Familiarity with standard industry safety practices and regulations.8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.9. High school diploma or equivalent.
