Great Benefits and compensation package Great work culture and leadership Job Details Job Details We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Financial Analyst (Sales) to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent, full-time role that offers an exciting opportunity to apply your financial expertise in a challenging, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a key member of our finance team, responsible for the financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities related to our sales operations. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with senior leadership and sales teams, providing financial insights that drive our strategic decision-making process. Responsibilities 1. Performing detailed financial analysis and providing strategic insights to support sales operations and business growth. 2. Developing and maintaining financial models to forecast sales trends and revenue. 3. Collaborating with the sales team to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. 4. Conducting variance analysis to understand the reasons for any discrepancies between the actual and forecasted figures. 5. Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for senior management. 6. Providing financial input and advice on pricing strategies and sales promotions. 7. Participating in the demand planning process, analyzing market trends, and assisting in sales forecasting. 8. Working with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems. 9. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Qualifications 1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or a professional certification such as CFA/CPA would be an added advantage. 2. A minimum of three years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the sales function of a manufacturing company. 3. Proven experience in demand planning and sales forecasting. 4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data. 5. Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. 6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner. 7. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with financial software systems. 9. An understanding of the manufacturing industry, its business processes, and financial regulations. 10. A team player with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently when required.
