They are looking to hire on a Director of Market Analytics and Insights to lead the strategy and development of market analytics and forecasting. This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative biotech company, with a strong financial runway.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of market analytics frameworks to identify opportunities for growth, product positioning, and expansion within the biotech industryCollaborate with internal teams to provide strategic market forecasts, product performance evaluations, and competitive analysisLeverage qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights, uncovering unmet needs and evolving preferences in therapeutic areas of focusDevelop strategies to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and reimbursement environments, providing guidance on market access challenges and opportunitiesKey Qualifications:Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred8+ years of experience in market analytics, insights, or a related function5+ years in biotech/pharma industry or related fieldPrevious experience working on a rare disease launchProven track record of leveraging data and analytics to drive business decisions and create commercial strategies in a biotech environmentIf interested, please reach out to tanya@peoplewithchemistry.com.
