As the Director of Sales at B&B Siding and Roofing, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth and success. This position is ideal for a dynamic sales leader who is eager to expand our market presence while leading a high-performing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, generating new business, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Projected First-Year Earnings:

Over $200,000 •

Base Salary:

$90,000-$110,000 •

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Responsibilities: • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. • Proactively identify and generate new leads to expand our customer base across new territories. • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative work environment. • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to make informed strategic decisions. • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve products, services, and the overall customer experience. • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to support business planning and resource allocation. • Work closely with the marketing department to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and materials. • Lead negotiations for major contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners. • Refine and optimize the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement. • Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members as needed to support company growth. • Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team, providing constructive feedback and development opportunities. Qualifications: • Must have previous experience in a senior sales leadership role within a similar industry in New Jersey. • Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets in leadership roles. • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and lead by example. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to develop and execute sales plans that drive revenue growth. • A commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships. • Proficiency in data analysis, using sales metrics to inform decision-making. • Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends, with the ability to pivot strategies as needed. • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities. • Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges and seize opportunities in a competitive market. • Familiarity with the siding, roofing, and home improvement industry, including products, materials, and best practices. • A leadership style that fosters teamwork and cooperation. • A focus on achieving and exceeding targets. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. Compensation: $200,000+ Projected First-Year Earnings
