A certificate in a relevant or related field may be substituted for one (1) year of the required (A) experience.II. A Bachelor's degree in a related field may be substituted for two (2) years of the required (A) experience.III. \:DFML's mission is to implement and run the Commonwealth's Paid Family & Medical Leave program that provides income support to Massachusetts workers and their families during significant life events while serving as a partner to employers to deliver program integrity.What you'd do
\:The Assistant General Counsel, who is based in Boston, MA*, would be a member of the DFML Legal Department, which serves as in-house counsel to the DFML providing legal advice and support to agency staff on internal operational matters including:Advise DFML staff and EOLWD regarding law and policy affecting DFML.
