Certification Details Certifications Required: BLS State License Verification: required NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) Job Details 36 or 48 Hour Guarantee Minimum Experience: 1 year; 1st Timers are accepted Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: All Protentional MS, MS Tele diagnoses. Float required to all MS, MS/Tele units within the hospital Ratio / Census: 1:5-6 Unit Systems: Epic (Required), Pyxis, SBAR Scrub Color: Navy Blue RTO: MAX 7 days Weekends: Every other weekend (average 6 weekends in a 13-week contract) Floating: Required; possible to float to sister campus (Piedmont Augusta Summerville) which is approximately 3 miles down the road. Call Requirements: None Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
