Responsibilities:As a Nuclear Medicine Tech II, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Radiography Therapeutic team, including the Nuclear Medicine Physician, providing optimal exams and procedures. Your expertise in preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals, and performing preventative maintenance on department equipment will be crucial in delivering not only top care but comfortable and efficient treatment to our patients while adhering to all guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications:Education & Experience

Graduate from an approved Nuclear Medicine Technology program or Associate's Degree in related field required

Licenses and CertificationsBLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) requiredCTNM - State of California Certified Tech Nuclear Medicine all scopes including venipuncture requiredMust have one of the following primary certification:NMTCB(CNMT) - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board Certified Nuclear Medicine TechnologistARRT(N) - American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Nuclear Medicine TechnologyAdditional post-primary advanced certification preferred​ARRT(CT) - American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Computed TomographyNMTCB(PET) - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board Positron Emission TomographyNMTCB(NCT) - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board Nuclear Cardiology Technologist
