Job Overview:
This position performs mammography procedures at a level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail under the direction of a Radiologist. Performs quality control on film processors, cassettes, and dedicated mammography equipment, and quality assurance on patient care. Assists the Radiologist in biopsy procedures. IV administration may be required.

Job Overview:
This position performs mammography procedures at a level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail under the direction of a Radiologist. Performs quality control on film processors, cassettes, and dedicated mammography equipment, and quality assurance on patient care. Assists the Radiologist in biopsy procedures. IV administration may be required.
Duties include the following, other duties may be assigned:
- Performs mammography procedures.
- Assists in biopsy procedures.
- Opportunities to perform breast ultrasound, stereotactic biopsy and/or bone density studies.
- Performs IV injections.
- Performs clerical functions and computer data entry.
- Must have a degree from an accredited Medical Imaging program
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as a Radiologic Technologist, or within 6 months of hire if a new grad
- Licensed as a Radiologic Technologist in the state in which you will practice M credentials through ARRT, or within 12 months of hire
- Minimum of one year working experience as a Radiographer preferred
