Non-acute care is offered through various affiliates,Summary: Utilizes the principals of the nursing process for continuity and quality of nursing care administered to a specific group of neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult or geriatric patients undergoing Cardiac Catheterization, interventional, and electro-physiology (EP) procedures, consistent with the philosophy, goals, policies and procedures of the Nursing Department and Hospital Administration. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care to the age of the patient served on the nursing unit or by patient care departments.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.Experience: Successful completion of the Nursing Department's orientation program. Two years of Critical Care experience required; one year of Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory experience preferred.License: Have a current license issued by New York State to practice as a Registered Nurse.
