Job Summary:
Sarah Cannon Transplant & Cellular Therapy Program at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital, the largest provider of Transplant and Cellular Therapy (TCT) in the U.S., are initiating their inaugural program in Florida and seeking an outstanding physician to join their team in Gainesville.Qualified Candidates:
- Collaborate with seasoned physicians and advanced practice providers in the pioneering Sarah Cannon Transplant & Cellular Therapy Program in Florida, marking the tenth such program under HCA Healthcare.
- Possess board certification or eligibility in hematology and oncology.
- Demonstrate experience and training in Adult HCT and IECT.
- Participate in shared call duties.

- A dedicated inpatient unit for blood cancer and TCT care featuring 18 private beds, with plans for expansion alongside program growth.
- An outpatient Apheresis and Infusion Center equipped with 12 beds to support cell collections and infusion requirements.
- A Blood Cancer & TCT Clinic will also serve as the primary location for multidisciplinary team offices.
- A Cellular Therapy Laboratory onsite.
- An ongoing plan for FACT accreditation.
- A robust multidisciplinary team including dedicated TCT Physicians, TCT Clinical Pharmacists, TCT Advanced Practice Providers (NPs and PAs), Nurses, Social Workers, and additional support staff.

- Our Network of nine FACT/JACIE accredited transplant centers across the United States and United Kingdom is the largest provider of hematological cancer treatment with more than 1,600 transplant and cellular therapy patients and 2,000 acute leukemia patient admissions annually.
