LHH Recruitment Solutions is now recruiting for a full-time Trusts & Estates legal assistant opportunity to assist a fantastic law firm in Tampa, Florida. We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate who is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be responsible for formatting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence; calendaring and deadline management; and other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a helpful, proactive mindset

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in Trust & Estates, required

  • Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat

  • Skilled with calendaring and scheduling

  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence

  • Superb grammar and communication skills

  • Solid organizational and time management skills

  • High accuracy and attention to detail when proofreading and typing

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
